1. Sales status
Windolet has not started selling and is planned as a subscription service. Pricing, billing periods and any additional voluntary money-back period are undecided. This draft does not introduce an unconditional 7-, 14- or 30-day refund guarantee; final terms will be disclosed before payment.
2. Statutory rights
Statutory withdrawal, cancellation and remedies for defects or non-performance remain available under the law applicable to your residence and transaction. More favorable mandatory rights take precedence over conditions set by Paddle or Windolet.
Where Korean statutory withdrawal rules apply, the period is generally seven days after receipt of the written contract, or from delivery or commencement of supply if later. Exceptions for digital content that has begun to be supplied depend on statutory conditions, including prior notice and trial opportunities where required. Issuing a key alone is not treated as eliminating every refund right.
3. Requesting a refund
Once Paddle purchases are enabled, buyers can use their Paddle receipt or buyer-support page to request help. You can also contact Windolet at the email listed at the top of this document. Your purchase email, order reference and request details help identify the transaction; do not send passwords, full card numbers or complete license keys.
Duplicate charges, undelivered licenses and issues preventing normal use can be reviewed for correction, reissue or a refund under the applicable terms. Contacting support does not by itself restrict statutory rights or their applicable time limits.
4. If subscriptions are offered
If subscriptions are introduced, cancellation methods and when access ends will be disclosed before payment. Stopping future renewal and refunding an existing payment are separate processes. Cancellation does not erase refund rights; treatment of unused time depends on the purchase terms and applicable law.
5. Approval and repayment
Approved refunds will normally be returned through the original payment method. Transaction checks, Paddle’s processing and the payment provider or bank may affect when funds appear. Applicable statutory repayment deadlines still apply; an unverified fixed processing time is not guaranteed.
Access associated with a fully refunded purchase may end. Partial refunds will be handled according to the affected features or period and are not defined as automatically canceling other valid purchases. Files and messages will follow the finalized retention and deletion policy.
